  • Real Estate Investment:
    Investors can opt for an investment in pre-approved real estate projects, with a minimum investment of US$350,000, which must be held for at least four years. This amount covers the main applicant, their spouse, and two qualifying dependents. Additional dependents require an extra US$25,000 each. If an eligible parent under the age of fifty-five is included, an additional contribution of USD 50,000 is required. For eligible siblings, an extra contribution of USD 75,000 is necessary.
  • National Transformation Fund Donation:
    Applicants may choose to donate a minimum of US$150,000 to Grenada’s National Transformation Fund, with the minimum requirement covering the main applicant only. Families of up to four individuals must contribute US$200,000, with an extra donation of US$25,000 per additional dependent. If an eligible parent under fifty-five or an eligible sibling is included, additional contributions of USD 50,000 and USD 75,000, respectively, are required.

Permanent Residency Certificates: The issuance of permanent residency status has been completely removed from the citizenship by investment process. The government will communicate updates regarding an alternative form of national ID when available.
